This Cromar Vent 3 Breathable Roof Underlay is ideal both in cold and warm roof applications. At 75m² coverage, you can ensure you have the product needed to help protect a pitched roof or surface.
The Cromar breathable membrane range offers major benefits over traditional roof underlays, with strength and durability being two of many key features. The breathable membrane by Cromar, unlike traditional roof underlays, requires no ventilation and ensures that your pitched roof or other surfaces can allow vapour to successfully escape while providing protection.
While offering excellent tensile strength, this product is lightweight and flexible which makes it easy to handle and install. It features a light grey surface that stops glare and has UV stability for up to three months.
This Vent 3 breather membrane can be installed in either supported or unsupported pitched roof construction, with or without sarking, and it can be installed in direct contact with thermal insulation. You can also apply Cromar Vent 3 breathable roof underlay to vertical walls as a wind barrier and breather membrane combination.
