With a maximum floor to loft height of 2.81m, this Werner Eco S Line Loft Ladder with Insulated Draught Proof Hatch provides quick and easy access to your loft space. The integrated insulated rubber seal and 20mm thick white-faced trap door combine to reduce heat loss and prevents draughts from leaking into your property. It has an opening size of 1.15m x 0.57m, and the timber push/pull rod makes accessing the solid spruce ladder quick and hassle-free.
For added safety, the system features a handrail for extra stability and slip-resistant treads to prevent accidents from occurring when ascending or descending the ladder. It also comes with plastic feet on the bottom of the ladder, providing a sturdy grip on your floor.
