These Timloc Thermo-loc thirty-minute fire-rated cavity closers deliver an efficient DPC and thermal barrier between the exterior wall and interior frame leaf. They have a thermal conductivity of 0.036W/mK and surpass the minimum thermal resistant path of 0.45m²K/W.

Ideal for all frame and sill positions with the rigid profile extrusion, these durable Thermo-loc cavity closers are resistant to decay. Exceptionally environmentally friendly, they have zero Global Warming Potential and zero Ozone Depletion Potential. They can be utilised in both first and second-fix applications in timber and masonry walls with cavities up to 300mm.
