Steico Flex is a highly adaptable, eco-conscious insulation batt that can be utilised in a variety of applications, including insulating lofts, floors, walls, ceilings, partition walls, service zones, and dry walling. Made from wood fibres, polyolefin fibres and ammonium phosphate materials, this product delivers exceptional thermal and acoustic insulation properties and boasts a declared thermal conductivity of 0.038 W/mK.

It is an environmentally friendly option with a high density and excellent insulation capabilities, ensuring comfortable indoor temperatures throughout the year. Steico Flex is also water vapor open and has a high absorption capacity, promoting a healthy and regulated indoor climate while reducing the formation of thermal bridges.

Additionally, this insulation batt is classified as non-irritant, making it safe for handling and cutting. It is semi-rigid for ease of installation, as well as flexible so that it can be flexed into gaps to friction fit adjoining components.

Steico Flex is also ecologically and environmentally accredited, FSC certified, and recyclable. This fairly solid insulation has good compression resistance and maintains its thickness over time with minimal reduction. Highly manageable, it makes an ideal choice for DIY insulation projects and eco-friendly homes.

  • Steico Flex is available in five different thicknesses: 140mm, 100mm, 80mm, 50mm and 40mm. 60mm is available but it is not a stocked product and only available in full pallets, call our sales team to order.
