Description

Coverage

Covers approx. 8m2 at 2mm depth.

Preparation

Ensure all surfaces are clean. Any damp issues should be resolved before application. Newly built substrates must be fully cured and dry prior to rendering.
ProofDeco Mineral Render should only be applied in temperatures between 5C and 35C. For best results, apply ProofBase Universal Primer beforehand to create even suction and improve adhesion.
Smooth or high-density blockwork may require a scratch coat of ProofBase RB1F to improve grip and durability. Existing brickwork and rendered surfaces should be primed with ProofBase Universal Primer.
Mix each 25kg bag with approximately 5.5 litres of clean water using a slow-speed mixer for around 3 minutes until a smooth, creamy consistency is achieved.

Application

ProofDeco can be applied by hand or machine spray at a typical thickness of 2-6mm. In hot or windy conditions, lightly mist the surface with water during curing to help prevent rapid drying and surface cracking.
