With a non-woven fabric made of reinforced polypropylene, Solitex Plus Connect from Pro Clima is a four-ply membrane. Resistant in the face of driving rain, it provides excellent protection when utilised as a temporary roof covering, a tear-resistant sarking membrane or a lining membrane for fibreboard, MDF, and boarding roof lining panels.
Alongside its light blue appearance, Solitex Plus Connect has the ability to withstand up to three months of exposure as a temporary roof covering. Although it is particularly suited to blown-in insulation, Solitex Plus Connect is compatible with a range of insulation types.
The installation process is fast and easy because of the two self-adhesive strips, which eliminate the need for fixing roof battens on the overlaps. Moreover, these strips provide wind-proofing properties that comply with the wind load requirements of BS 5534.
