Knauf DriTherm 32 Cavity Wall Insulation Slab provides reliable thermal insulation for external full-fill masonry cavity walls. Manufactured from glass mineral wool with plant-based ECOSE Technology, it achieves an excellent thermal conductivity of 0.032W/mK. A water-repellent additive helps protect against moisture ingress, while its non-combustible construction delivers the highest Euroclass A1 reaction to fire classification.
With flexibility in mind, the 150mm slabs adapt to minor variations in the substrate and knit neatly together, helping minimise gaps and maintain consistent thermal performance. They friction fit securely between wall ties, removing the need for retaining discs or jointing tape.
Certified by the BBA (British Board of Agrment) for use in all exposure zones, including extremely severe areas, these slabs are suitable for buildings up to 12m high in any exposure zone and multi-storey structures up to 25m high. They will not transmit water to the inner leaf, and they resist moisture through capillary action across the cavity and from below the damp proof course level, deterring moisture transmission.
