As the perfect insulation solution for specialist applications, such as heavy-duty flooring, car park decks and inverted roofs, this Kingspan GreenGuard 100mm thick GG300 R insulation is made from fibre-free rigid extruded polystyrene (XPS Core) which delivers excellent compressive strength and high-performance insulation.

Formerly known as Kingspan Styrozone, this Kingspan GreenGuard insulation offers minimal moisture penetration and is unaffected by air infiltration. With safe and effortless handling and installation compared to some other commonly used insulants, it is ideal for both retrofit and new build projects.

Is this suitable for using to help insulate the floor of a garden office. It will sit on dpm on top of the concrete slab and in between the floor joists

It's designed to provide robust insulation against heat loss and is an excellent choice for insulating the floor of your garden office. You can place it on top of your damp proof membrane (DPM) and between the floor joists as planned.
