Designed to last the lifespan of the building, Jablite Jabfloor 70 Polystyrene EPS Insulation Boards are rot-poof, flood-proof and robust against wear and tear. These boards boast a distinctive white appearance with a speckled black and pink finish. Thanks to their lightweight and manageable expanded polystyrene (EPS) construction, they are effortless handle on site.

Jabfloor 70 can accommodate all types of domestic floor constructions. Whether utilised on top of concrete slabs or pre-cast floors with a wearing layer of chipboard to necessary U-value requirements, or installed beneath chipboard, screed, suspended concrete floors, suspended timber floors, or ground-supported slabs, this insulation is ideal.

For solid ground floors, providing fire resistance isn't mandatory. Correctly installed EPS insulation is shielded by chipboard, ensuring that the floor's fire performance remains unaffected.

  • Certification: BBA certified

Please note:

  • Jabfloor is a building grade material and will not be completely white in appearance.
  • All deliveries will be kerb-side and will require a willingness to assist with off-load.
  • Euroclass E, flame retardant material is available to order. Please contact our sales team if this is a requirement.
  • Jabfloor 100 insulation is suitable for use with commercial floors that may experience higher loadings. For more specialised commercial and industrial applications, Jabfloor is also available in higher grades up to Jabfloor 250.
