While the product will have thermal benefit, it is not an acoustic product and will not provide much in the way of soundproofing any more than an intermediate layer.

Being a foil faced product, you cannot paint over it would need to board and skim over the top before you can decorate.

Can I use this to insulate a Sauna instead of Rockwool. Construction will be plastered wall\ 50 mm insulation\ 5 mm airgap\ 15 mm tongue and groove board. Airgaps will be at the side and top&bottom.

Yes, the product in question would be suitable for the wall provided you leave an air gap, I'd try to push for a bigger gap if at all possible.
