The Celotex Thermaclass Full Fill Cavity Wall 21 PIR Board, 1190mm x 450mm x 90mm, offers efficient insulation for full-fill cavity wall applications. This PIR board delivers excellent thermal performance with a low thermal conductivity of 0.021 W/m.K. Designed for easy installation, these boards fit seamlessly within standard cavity wall tie spacing, ensuring a streamlined setup.

Featuring a low emissivity foil facing, this insulation improves energy efficiency and accommodates up to a 10mm residual cavity, allowing for flexibility in installation. It can also be used without a residual cavity, making it suitable for various construction needs. The boards are rigid yet lightweight, simplifying handling and installation.

The tongue and groove edge profile further enhances the installation process, providing a secure fit. However, with a Euroclass F classification for Reaction to Fire, this product is not suitable for use in external walls of buildings over 11 metres in height due to its flammability.

Please note:

  • Celotex Thermaclass Cavity Wall 21 is not suitable for use in external walls of buildings exceeding 11 meters in height. In accordance with recent updates to Building Regulations, structures of this height should only incorporate insulation that is either non-combustible or of limited combustibility.
  • When using Celotex Thermaclass Cavity Wall 21, you need to satisfy yourself that the use of the product meets all relevant national Building Regulations and guidance as well as local, national and other applicable standards relevant for your construction or application, including requirements in relation to fire and applicable height restrictions.
