Blue on application and black after curing, Blowerproof Liquid Brush is a versatile liquid membrane that can be applied to any substrate and over gaps or cracks to form a seamless, airtight and vapour-tight seal. It is a fibre-reinforced polymer that is highly flexible with great adhesion, allowing it to conform to the contours of the substrate and provide a durable seal.
An eco-friendly and sustainable product, Blowerproof Liquid Brush is free of VOCs and water-based, making it suitable for use on roofs, walls, floors, window jambs, pipe penetrations, and other surfaces. As well as being easy to apply and maintain, requiring only water for cleaning, it has a unique system that you can paint or plaster over directly, without delaying or hindering a project.
To prepare the substrate before application, ensure it is free of dust and fill any gaps larger than 5mm with Blowerproof Gap Filling Mortar, which is available in 5kg tubs. Blowerproof Liquid Brush has a thick consistency that can be applied in layers, but each layer should not exceed 7mm, with a total thickness of 14mm. When the first layer transitions from blue to black, you will know it's cured and dry. Apply another layer no thicker than 7mm on top.
