This Baumit UniPrimer is a universal surface primer specially formulated for external applications. Ideal for seamlessly preparing various surfaces, it acts as a foundation for Baumit topcoat renders. For ultimate convenience, it comes in a ready-to-use tub, streamlining the preparation process for exterior surfaces.
Whether it's plaster, concrete, lime render or any mineral surface, this Baumit UniPrimer can be quickly and effectively applied over extensive areas and used on mineral surfaces to offer a consistent key for further treatment. It has been designed to perfectly coordinate with Baumit's MosaikTop, StyleTop, SilikatTop, UniTop Fine, NanoporTop Fine, GranoporTop and NanoporTop topcoats. You can achieve optimal results with an approximate coverage ranging from 0.2kg/m² on base coats up to 0.40kg/m² on render.
For effortless application, this Baumit UniPrimer can be diluted with a maximum of 5% water without compromising its effectiveness. Before usage, ensure thorough mixing and choose either a brush or roller for application. Allow a minimum drying time of 24 hours before applying additional coatings.
