Product Description

Baumit SilikonTop K3 is a 3mm grain size ready to use wet topcoat render suitable for external use. Thanks to its superior protection, it is ideal for exposed or high traffic areas susceptible to weather or harsh conditions. It is highly permeable and water repellent, making it the perfect surface to cope with the British weather.

Baumit SilikonTop is ready-mixed and can be applied with a trowel or spray machine and left to dry for at least 14 days between coatings. Typical coverage of Baumit SilikonTop K3mm is 3.9/m2. Each 25kg tub covers up to 10m2 depending on surface preparation.

Baumit SilikonTop can be applied onto many surface types when Baumit UniPrimer has been applied first. It is suitable for external wall insulation with appropriate preparation, cement and lime render, organic basecoats, gypsum plasters and a range of other surfaces.

Baumit SilikonTop is a wet topcoat ideally suited for applying over new and old mineral coatings or prepared surfaces. This product is ready-mixed, applies easily, dries best between 5 and 20C and 60% humidity, and is best used with Baumit UniPrimer. Cooler temperatures or higher humidity may extend drying time.
