This makes it the ideal surface to cope with British weather. Thanks to its superior protection, it is perfect for exposed or high-traffic areas prone to weather or harsh conditions.
This Baumit SilikonTop can be used for external wall insulation with suitable preparation and is compatible with cement and lime render, organic basecoats, gypsum plasters and a range of other surfaces. It can be applied onto various surface types if Baumit UniPrimer has been applied first.
This product is ready-mixed and can be applied with a trowel or spray machine and left to dry for at least 14 days between coatings. The typical coverage of Baumit SilikonTop K2mm is 2.9kg/m². Each 25kg tub covers up to 8.63m² depending on surface preparation.
With optimal results when used with Baumit UniPrimer, this Baumit SilikonTop is easy to apply and dries best between 5°C and 20°C and at 60% humidity. It is a wet topcoat ideally suited for applying over new and old mineral coatings or prepared surfaces. Cooler temperatures or higher humidity may extend drying time.

Hi,I'm looking for 1.5mm baumit top coat silicone render for new build.We did insulation with EPS polystyrene and two base coat with mesh.So now we need primer for 100m2 and top coat for 100m2.My question is if you selling just white or can be mix for magnolia color?As I know from Europe we can have in any ral colour.
