Made from durable and tough PVC, the Baumit PVC Corner Bead is a versatile corner profile that includes a mesh for reinforcing building corners. It can be used easily and is compatible with windows, doors, and recesses.
This corner bead is both strong and flexible, providing reinforcement with the small amount of built-in flexibility that is ideal for covering with a thin layer render. Baumit PVC Corner Bead is also customisable as it can be cut to the desired length. Its dimensions measure 100mm x 150mm, and it is sold in 2.5m lengths.
This product is perfect for reinforcing 90° corners, whether horizontal or vertical, and should be installed prior to the main mesh with an appropriate adhesive. Once the bead is in place, apply render over it and wait for it to set, resulting in a well-defined and clean edge.
