Perfect for use as either a basecoat or topcoat, Baumit MP 69 is a versatile lime-cement render that can be implemented both internally and externally. Its thermal efficiency makes it an ideal component of an overall building insulation system when used as a basecoat. Additionally, when applied as a plain finish topcoat, it helps to improve finishes and thermal efficiency.
A factory prepared dry powder lime-render, this product contains mineral aggregates and is suitable for hand or machine application depending on your preference. It has a thermal conductivity rating of 0.44 W/mK, is quick-setting, and is a flexible option across various types of surfaces.
When applying Baumit MP 69, ensure surfaces are clean and debris-free. If the surface has high suction, it's recommended to spray it with water prior to application. Mix Baumit MP 69 with clean water using an electric mixer. As a basecoat render, the product may need one or two passes, and allow 24 hours of drying time per 1mm thickness. If using as a topcoat render, apply Baumit MP 69 onto a basecoat and smooth it to a 3mm thickness.
