This high-performance vapour barrier from Alutrix is made from reinforced composite aluminium foil with a steadfast self-adhesive backing and removable release film. Ideal for all internal conditions, both standard and exceedingly high humidity environments.
With incredibly high vapour resistance, this vapour barrier can accommodate extreme internal conditions, including bathrooms, kitchens, wet industrial processes, breweries, sports halls, swimming pools and much more. Its exceptionally high tear resistance ensures it can withstand foot trafficking without puncturing, which is advantageous for use on profiled metal decking.

Can this product go straight onto walls that had black mould on, and then plastered over

The Alutrix 600 Self Adhesive Vapour Barrier Roll can be applied to walls, however, it's recommended that any existing mould issues are fully treated before application. Plastering over the mould may not completely eliminate the problem and could potentially undermine the effectiveness of the vapour barrier.
