Celotex TB4000 is a multi-purpose insulation board which can be specified for use in a variety of applications such as pitched roofs, flat roofs, solid masonry walls, floors, timber framed & steel framed systems. These 25mm insulation boards have been developed to provide simple solutions for overcoming localised thermal bridges.
With low emissivity foil facings, TB4000 celotex high performance insulation board (1200 x 2400mm) is manufactured from rigid polyisocyanurate (PIR) using a blend of blowing agents that have zero ozone depletion potential (zero ODP) and low global warming potential (GWP). Our 12mm product positions Celotex as the manufacturer of the broadest range of product thicknesses, from 12mm to 200mm.

Question:
Hi please could you tell me if this would be suitable for a downstairs toilet and can it be fixed to the brick wall using dab adhesive? Thanks.
Answer:
We wouldn't recommend foil facing boards such as Celotex to be bonded using an adhesive.
The reason why is to do with the foil facing on the boards. The foil isn't a particularly porous surface for the adhesive to bond/stick to, and as such the boards would not bond properly, and wouldn't give you a secure fit.
If you are looking to secure Celotex boards to brick walls, we would recommend the use of mechanical fixings to secure them.
Question:
Hi would this be suitable for insulating my shed? Thanks
Answer:
This would be suitable for insulating a shed.
Not only is this product thermally efficient, it is also foil reflective - the foil layers can help retain heat during the colder months, and help reflect heat out of the shed in the warmer months, and plus the sheets are easy to cut and fit between the stud frame, or they can be fixed with screws direct to the shed wall (depending on your planned build up etc)
Question:
Can I use this product to insulate my garage ceiling
Answer:
You can use this to insulate your Garage ceiling. It is perfect to go between both joists and battens, and it can even be fixed mechanically (with screws) directly to the wall if needed, or direct to joists if required.
