The economical shallow economical direct to joist board is also suitable for existing sub-floors. The slimline nature of the deck system makes it an ideal product with outstanding performance to height ratio. Meaning this decking system is the obvious choice in scenarios when height restrictions apply but a reliable acoustic performance is required.
The acoustic refurb deck system is manufactured using a moisture Resistant 22mm P5 TG4 chipboard with a pre-bonded weight enhanced high density barrier mat and impact rubber.
At a minimal 28mm thickness these shallow acoustic refurb decks minimise construction height whilst still complying with statutory regulations.
