This DuPont™ AirGuard® A2 Fire-Rated Airtight Vapour Control Layer is a high-quality building material designed to offer exceptional performance in creating airtight and watertight building envelopes. It will prevent infiltration of air, moisture and vapour, which can lead to damage and reduced energy efficiency in your property.

Measuring 1200mm x 50m, this AirGuard® A2 Fire-Rated Airtight Vapour Control Layer is large enough to cover vast areas of your construction project with ease. The material comprises a combination of a laminate of glass fibre mesh with lacquered aluminium foil that offers superior resistance against moisture and air penetration. It also possesses excellent tear and tensile strength, making it non-tearable by hand.

To ensure optimal airtightness and vapour control, it's essential to seal all laps, junctions, and penetrations when using DuPont™ AirGuard® A2 Fire-Rated AVCL. The entire system has undergone a complete fire safety test, including horizontal and vertical lap sealing, using DuPont™ AirGuard® FR System tape, to guarantee a fully fire-safe system that meets EN 13501-1 standards.

Please note:
