Suretherm Anti-Condensation Paint is a unique and sophisticated blend that is independently tested to ensure that unsightly and potentially harmful black mould does not grow. This paint can be applied to block, plaster, brick, and render, the same as any other standard decorative paint, but it has the added benefit of reducing condensation formation.
The paint contains glass microspheres that are 'charged' like a battery, allowing them to retain heat for a more extended period of time than standard decorative paints. Compatible with cold or exposed walls or ceilings, with minimal or no insulation, Suretherm anti-condensation paint also aids in maintaining the surface temperatures and features insulating properties.
To apply this paint, minimal preparation is required, as long as the surfaces are clean, dry, and free of debris. Only two coats of Suretherm anti-condensation paint are needed, and once they are dry, the painted surfaces can be covered with standard emulsion or wallpaper to achieve any desired finish. After applying the first coat, allow two hours for it to become touch dry. After two more hours, the final coat can be applied. Once this coat is dry, the painted surfaces can be decorated without any issues.
The white colour of the paint is simple and ensures that it won't cause any issues with appearances or the emulsion or wallpaper on top.
