Designed to strongly adhere to most substrates, this Everbuild Tecnic Puraflex 40 is a high modulus, single-component polyurethane sealant and adhesive. In addition to its excellent mechanical resistance (shore A 35), it possesses impressive resistance to a wide range of common chemicals and can be coated with paint once it cures.

This product is well-suited for various applications, including the sealing of metal and containers, as well as for automotive and engineering purposes. It is particularly suited for high-traffic floor joints that can be found in a variety of settings, such as garage forecourts, warehouse floors, factory floors, sports arenas, shopping centres, and other similar locations.

Everbuild Tecnic Puraflex 40 is recommended for sealing and bonding metal panels and trim, and in container fabrication. It is ideal for sealing expansion joints in concrete panels, floor joints, and road and bridge construction. Moreover, it is capable of effective sealing in applications that are prone to mechanical abrasion and vibration. When used for marine applications, this product provides excellent resistance to the corrosive effects of salt water.

Please note:

  • Store in cool, dry conditions between 5°C and 25°C.
  • Shelf life of 12 months from date of manufacture.
