Suitable for use with JCW Acoustic batten levelling cradles, these 20mm acoustic cradle stackers, also known as risers, allow you to change the height of your timber deck in 20mm increments. Each acoustic cradle can have a varying amount of cradle stackers depending on the height level you require at each batten.
The acoustic batten levelling cradles can provide up to a 28-decibel reduction in airborne and impact noise and are made from recycled materials which can accommodate battens up to 48mm wide for levelling stepped, cambered or uneven concrete floors. After adjusting the cradles and battens as needed on your concrete floor, the build-up delivers a level surface to assemble a timber deck.
Perfectly suited for apartment buildings, schools and office floors where a large volume of noise can travel from one room to the next, the JCW acoustic levelling cradle system can offer a more peaceful environment thanks to the absorption of sounds such as moving furniture, footsteps, entertainment systems and conversations. For complete soundproofing, you can combine the batten levelling cradles with additional JCW acoustic products.
Not only does the JCW acoustic batten levelling cradle provide a space for services to go unnoticed and be easily accessible for maintenance but it also levels the surfaces and ensures sounds are reduced.
