This 50mm x 45m Mammoth® Aluminium Foil Tape from Everbuild® is the ideal solution for a variety of projects, including if you need an efficient method for duct sealing ventilation and air conditioning applications or a vapour barrier with outstanding moisture resistance for use between your foil-faced insulation panels.
Featuring self-adhesive and high-tack qualities, this silver Mammoth® Aluminium Tape is both heat and light-reflective as well as resistant to heat up to 180°C and flame retardant to Class O. This makes it perfect for protecting wiring and pipes from high temperatures. The Class O rating means this tape will restrict heat discharge from the surface during a fire while shielding it from the spread of flames.
Before application, ensure your surfaces are dry and clean. Remove the exterior packaging from the tape and peel the necessary amount from the roll, pressing firmly into place as you unroll. When finished, you can simply tear the tape off or cut it off with a knife.
