The BodenWärme 200W Electric Undertile Heating Mat with a gloss black iSTAT WiFi thermostat ensures consistent warmth for porcelain, ceramic, and natural stone floors. Ideal for high heat loss areas like conservatories and bathrooms, it heats up faster and retains warmth longer than the 150W version due to its cable spacing.
The durable 3.6mm dual-core wire minimises floor height increase, while the fluoropolymer with PVC outer insulation ensures longevity. The rapid-fit sticky mesh enables quick installation. And to make things super easy, the stylish iSTAT thermostat offers WiFi control via iOS/Android, Key Lock, 7-day programming, and adaptive learning. The system eliminates hot and cold spots, creating an even, comfortable temperature.
You will first need to work out the area of the whole floor space by multiplying the length of the floor by the width. You should then subtract any fixed furniture from the area with a clearance of less than 50mm above the floor. This will eradicate the risk of causing hot spots in your room. When you have a total area minus the deductions, you should deduct a further 10% from your total as this will allow for the spacing between cables and around the perimeter of the room.
