Manufactured from tough PVC plastic with a 125mm mesh on each side, this Baumit Drip Bead ten pack is designed to create a precise rendering edge at termination points. It is versatile and can be utilised both above and below windows, lintels, plinths, balconies, and other building protrusions to prevent water retention and facilitate runoff.
It is available in 2m lengths that you can trim to size or join with other lengths to meet specific requirements. The mesh effectively adheres to the render and helps prevent cracks while ensuring adequate water drainage.
High in durability and flexibility, Baumit Drip Bead is suitable for a wide range of surface types and situations, and it is able to withstand exposure to harsh weather conditions without cracking. It is recommended to apply this product prior to other forms of reinforcement and fix it in place using the suitable adhesive or render. Once in place, it can be covered with render as required.
