As an essential component of Xtratherm's high-performance tapered roof board range, these TR/BGM boards can help provide a complete solution for your tapered roof insulation project. This rigid polyisocyanurate insulation boasts a polypropylene fleece finished bitumen/glass fibre working surface and a mineral glass facing to the underside, delivering excellent performance and durability.
Designed to be used below most bitumen-based partially bonded built-up roofing systems, these TR/BGM boards can be installed on roof decks that are subject to limited maintenance foot traffic. By combining insulation and drainage in a single system, they provide a practical solution to water ponding, which is a common problem on flat roofs.
With a thermal conductivity as low as 0.024W/mK, these TR/BGM boards are highly effective for insulating buildings. The material is non-deleterious and is manufactured without the use of CFCs or HCFCs. Additionally, it has zero Ozone Depletion Potential (ODP) and low Global Warming Potential (GWP), making it an environmentally friendly option for your construction project.
