Available in different sizes, these Manthorpe Rectangular Drop Down Fire Rated Loft Access Doors are crafted in powder-coated mild steel and seamlessly blend with your ceiling. With their innovative design, they sit flush against the ceiling for a flawless integration that will not disturb the aesthetic appeal of your space.
Equipped with a catch lock mechanism, the fire doors offer two options for secure fastening: a 'T' key or a cam lock. It can be secured with a latch, preventing moist air from entering and damaging the loft space, which can form problems for the roof structure and stored belongings.
With an impressive fire rating of one hour, this fire door range boasts full and fire-retardant insulation with a quality mineral fibre. Certified by Chiltern International Fire Ltd, it also includes built-in draught seals on all four sides. Each door features mineral wool insulation that offers a uValue of 0.35 W/m²K.
