This 120mm thick Kingspan Thermaroof insulation is straightforward to handle and install with an installation technique that is perfectly suited for fast-track building programmes. It is ideal for both new build and refurbishment projects.

With a low-emissivity composite foil layer on both sides of the fibre-free, high-performance, rigid thermoset insulation core, this Thermaroof insulation can be used to insulate flat roofs and is completely compatible with most mechanically fixed single-ply waterproofing applications as well as most green roof systems.

Can you put EPDM straight on to TR26? or TR27?

Answer:

EPDM can only be applied directly to TR27, not TR26 as the latter is only suitable for mechanically fixed single ply membranes. 

Question:

How much one piece of TR26 - 1.2 x 2.4 weigh. We are planning in a lift and need to know weights of the boards

Answer:

This board weighs 24.84kg.

Question:

Can you fibreglass straight onto this product cheers.

Answer:

I would not recommend layering GRP directly on top as this would be the incorrect surface for it to adhere to. For what you are looking for, I would look into Kingspan TR27 which we also have available on our website, as the TR27 boards have a suitable surface for the GRP to adhere to.
