Description

This Jabfloor insulation is not only rot-proof and durable, but it is also flood-proof, making it effective for your building's lifespan. Manufactured from expanded polystyrene (EPS), it is lightweight and effortless to handle on site. It can be used in an array of subfloor constructions including below chipboard, ground supported slab, screed, suspended concrete floors and suspended timber floors.

Permanently durable, flood-proof and rot-proof

White in colour with speckled black and pink finish

Solid ground floors do not need to provide fire resistance. When installed properly, this EPS Jabfloor insulation will be fully protected by the chipboard and will not negatively impact the fire performance of your floor.

Certification: BBA certified

Please note:

All deliveries will be kerbside and will require a willingness to assist with off-loading.
This Jabfloor insulation is a building grade material and will not be completely white in appearance.
Euroclass E, flame retardant material is available to order; please contact our sales team if this is needed.
For commercial floors that may experience higher loadings, Jabfloor 100 insulation is recommended. Higher grades of Jabfloor, up to Jabfloor 250 are also available for more specialised industrial and commercial applications.

Is this evenly white and not speckled with coloured spots? (it'll be showing without being painted). Which is your most evenly white 50mm polystyrene, most economical way to buy for between rafters in a very extensive loft?
