Description

The Bond-It B2 Fire Resistant Gun Grade Expanding PU Foam in a 750ml can is a high-performance expanding foam. Suitable for residential or commercial applications, featuring high-value noise and heat insulation properties. This includes the installation of windows, door frames and entrance door linings where fire safety is a priority. Use the PU foam to seal irregular gaps, with a grand expansion of over 40 times its can volume.

You can use this fire-resistant foam on many common building materials, such as wood, concrete, stone, plaster, metal, PVC and polystyrene. It's also resistant to temperatures ranging from -40°C to +100°C and ageing but is not UV ray resistant. You can apply it in temperatures from +5°C to 25°C and, when cured, this foam is semi-rigid and predominantly close-celled. Choose from a box of one or 12 to ensure you're well prepared for any project size.

Fire Resistance: DIN 4102-1

Please note:

Use gloves and eye protection and avoid skin contact.
This foam is not resistant to UV rays.
Will need moisture to ensure even and rapid curing of the foam.
Inadequete moistening or overfilling risks unwanted post-expansion of the foam.
If used for industrial or professional projects, adequate training is required.
Using this product in certain fire rated situations may breach building regulations - if in doubt speak to your local Building Control Office.
Overcoat the cured foam with Bond It B1 Fire Rated PU Foam for maximum fire resistance.
This foam will burn if in contact with flames but self-extinguish after removing the source of the flame.
