Underfloor Heating Kits
An underfloor heating kit is a luxury product with cosy, comfortable living in mind. From ProWarm, these underfloor heating systems use electricity instead of water and they’re known as a ‘dry system’. They work with almost any floor covering and because they’re so thin (just 2mm thick per kit) ProWarm underfloor heating kits can be tiled straight over.
The most common types are 150w or 200w underfloor heating kits. These two are the most popular with most homeowners deciding to install in at least one room - typically the bathroom, followed by the kitchen. Underfloor heating kits allow you to wake up on a cold winter's day and enjoy being heated from the floor up as insulation is installed below heating kits.
All of the heat gets bounced back up to the room with an underfloor heating kit as insulation is installed below. This means that not only do you get a significantly warmer floor in a tiled or vinyl bathroom or kitchen, but you also get the overall heat benefits. Underfloor heating is perfect if there’s no room for a radiator for example.
