Thermo-loc EPS Multi cavity closers are designed to close cavities at window sills, window jambs and external doors. These standard and universal cavity closers will also prevent damp and cold bridging thanks to thermal insulation in the product and the product acting as a damp proof course. Each of the 2.4m UPVC lengths are fitted with 0.038 W/mk of expanded polystyrene insulation that’s been manufactured with rigidity and keeping the product lightweight in mind.
Each length features pre-grooved cut lines in the insulation so that tending to projects with uncertain, unknown or differing cavity widths is no problem. A favourite amongst contractors, these multi-width cavity closers come in 50-100mm and 100-150mm variations.
Thermo-loc EPS Multi cavity closers are trusted in the industry as they’re LABC registered, having been assessed for compliance with building standards and building regulations in England, Scotland and Wales.
