is the size exactly 1200mm or perhaps 1220mm like any other standard panel on the market? It would only be suitable for us if 1220 mm as it need to be adapted to 610mm inter-rafter spacing.

This product is actually 1325mm long as opposed to the 1200mm referenced. You'll have to cut and amend accordingly if you need it shorter.
