Not only does this Sempafloor lining reduce heat loss and impact noise, but it also minimises the growth of mould and condensation. In areas with damp or moisture, such as over passages, basements or driveways, rising damp can be a major problem and this Sempafloor is ideal for offering effective moisture control and reducing the risk of condensation.
Made from latex with a non-woven polyester surface, this Sempafloor lining provides a sturdy base for tiles, vinyl, carpets and wood panels to be laid over it. It maintain its resilience to point loading, ensuring it won't crumble or deteriorate over time.
