Designed specifically for external use, Baumit NanoporTop K1.5 is a self-cleaning finish render with a grain of 1.5mm. The innovative mineral and silicate composition delivers excellent pollution resistance while remaining breathable. Not only does it provide maximum protection for façades, but this product is also simple to apply by hand or machine.

Baumit NanoporTop K1.5 is a mineral-based topcoat render that is appropriate for numerous building surfaces. It allows for maximum protection and works on mineral basecoats, lime and cement render, mineral paints or coatings, gypsum plasterboard or external insulation with a suitable basecoat.

This Baumit product has highly weather resistant properties along with excellent permeability, stain resistance, dirt and pollution resistance. It also requires temperatures of above 8°C and needs 24 hours to cure fully.

It is advised that you prepare surfaces using a coating of Baumit UniPrimer before you apply Baumit NanoporTop K1.5. Mix well using a mixer and apply using either a trowel or render sprayer. You can mix in a maximum of 1% water if necessary for an easier application process. Due to variations in batch colours, finish entire sections of the building façade at once to avoid any mismatch.
