The Kingspan Kooltherm K5 70mm Phenolic External Wall Insulation Board boasts exceptional insulation capabilities, featuring a rigid thermoset phenolic core that is free of fibres. It provides an ideal solution for external insulation on masonry walls that are situated behind traditional or lightweight polymer modified renders and dry cladding systems.
The board is constructed with a glass tissue based facing that is expertly bonded to the insulation core during manufacturing. This offers reliable performance on both sides of the board.
Easy to install and handle, the board is compatible with both new build and refurbishment projects. It resists the passage of water vapour and proves unaffected by air infiltration.
