A skyline in London

London homeowners looking to save money on energy bills and make their homes warmer may be eligible for funding from the Warmer Homes scheme.

You could request up to £4,000 to make home improvements to your home as part of the scheme. This could include insulation for roofs, walls and floors. It also covers double glazing and heating improvements such as new boilers.

As part of the Warmer Homes scheme, those who own their property and are in receipt of certain benefits can apply. Applications will be dealt with on a first come, first served basis. People living in Greater London within certain local authorities may have alternative eligibility criteria. Unfortunately, landlords or those with non-domestic properties cannot make applications to the scheme.
